How to receive and Download the Materials

Here is some instructions for the procedure about the orders and how to download the materials from the Merlin Ark website.

After your registration you have two options to download the Products:

1) First is from your account ”My account” on Merlin Ark website.

About ”My account” on Merlin Ark website, you have to login on your account and then you can see on the right side of the page the menu: Dashboard, Orders, Downloads, Addresses, Account details and Logout. You can klick on Download that all the materials that you have purchased are displayed, then you can click under the word Download to receive the products. Please take a look at the pictures below.

2) The second is from your email, that you receive from Merlin Ark website. Please take a look at the picture below.

* Please check your junk or spam folder on your email account, sometimes the email goes there.
